**Terms & Conditions
1. All orders will be delivered via Singapore Post. Tracking number will be provided.
2. For U.S. addresses, there may be an additional 10% tax involved during shipment. If required, we will contact you separately for the payment. Based on our conversation with the post office workers, paper-products may not be taxed, but the tax conditions may change.
3. Shipping to the following countries is currently suspended: Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar. If you are from any of these countries and would like to order, do email or DM us and we may work something out.
4. Shipments to Europe and Africa may experience delays and/or increased shipping cost. This support pack includes the shipping cost calculated as of March 2026 — if your order is affected by the delivery period, we may contact you to make alternate arrangements.
5. We will refer to https://www.ezy2ship.net for updates on the shipping conditions.
6. Please agree to all of the above conditions before placing your order. We would like to avoid any refund scenarios as there may be platform charges. All cost from this support pack will be used to cover the production of the cafe event and other miscellaneous fees. This is not a profit project.
